Each completed session includes a four-question decision task. A score of three out of four is a pass, and the learner's score is recorded on their own progress board.

The sessions are based on my experience in retail operations and are written for junior to mid-level store managers. They are not a certificate or accredited training. They are a place to work through real management choices: what to check, what to decide, what to tell the team and what needs to be escalated.
I will keep adding sessions. I would rather build material around the problems managers actually face than guess what is useful from a desk.
