Artemis Advisory

Assess. Prepare. Enter the GCC.

Artemis Advisory helps international brands make a commercial decision before they spend time, capital or credibility in the GCC. The work tests market readiness, pricing, margins, route to market and operating requirements, then turns the gaps into a practical action plan.

The work combines structured commercial diagnostics with 28 years of senior retail and market-entry experience across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait.

Ways to work together

Start with the decision in front of you.

How it works

A clear route from assessment to action.

01

Assess

Complete the structured GCC Market Entry Diagnostic based on your priority market and selected route to market.

02

Understand

Receive a detailed readiness assessment showing where the business is strong and where commercial preparation is still required.

03

Prepare

Use the 90-day action plan to address the gaps most likely to affect retailer, distributor or partner discussions.

04

Progress

Brands that meet Artemis qualification requirements may later be considered for relevant retailer visibility and introductions, subject to Artemis review and explicit brand approval.

Route-specific assessment

Built around how you intend to enter the GCC.

The diagnostic adapts to the brand's selected primary route to market.

The primary route shapes the assessment, scoring, risks and recommended actions. Secondary routes being considered for the future do not automatically reduce the current readiness score.

Important distinction

A diagnostic, not a promise of access.

Paying for the GCC Market Entry Diagnostic does not purchase retailer access, introductions, representation or distribution.

Retailer visibility is a separate process and may only occur when:
  • Relevant readiness requirements are met
  • Critical commercial gaps have been addressed
  • Artemis has reviewed the brand
  • There is appropriate category and retailer fit
  • The brand has explicitly approved retailer visibility

Senior Advisory Support

Focused support where commercial gaps need work.

Where the diagnostic identifies specific commercial gaps, Artemis can support the brand through focused advisory work.

Questions before you start

What the diagnostic does, and where its boundaries are.

What does the GCC Market Entry Diagnostic assess?

It assesses commercial, pricing and margin, route-to-market, product and assortment, operational, and brand and customer readiness against the route you are considering.

Who is the diagnostic for?

It is designed for international luxury, premium, lifestyle, beauty, fashion, home, furniture, FMCG and other consumer brands considering entry or expansion across the GCC.

What do I receive after completing the diagnostic?

After Artemis reviews the submission, you receive a readiness assessment, evidence confidence position, key gaps and risks, route-specific recommendations and a practical 90-day action plan.

Does the diagnostic guarantee retailer access or introductions?

No. The diagnostic is a commercial assessment. Retailer visibility or introductions are separate and only considered after Artemis review, category fit and the brand's explicit approval.

How much does the diagnostic cost?

The reviewed report and action plan cost USD 535. There is no payment required to complete the questions. Payment and the detailed report process are confirmed after the submission is reviewed.

Does the diagnostic provide legal, tax or regulatory advice?

No. It identifies commercial questions and risks, but legal, tax, customs, certification and trademark matters must be verified with qualified local specialists.

Confidentiality

Your assessment remains private.

Diagnostic answers, readiness scores, commercial gaps, uploaded documents and Artemis internal review information remain private between the client and Artemis.

Retailers will never automatically receive the diagnostic report.

If a brand later qualifies for retailer visibility, only an explicitly approved retailer-facing brand profile may be shared.

Scope of assessment

The GCC Market Entry Diagnostic is a structured commercial assessment based on information supplied by the client. It does not constitute legal, tax, customs, regulatory, certification or trademark advice. Appropriate matters should be verified with qualified local specialists.
