Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Artemis Commercial Advisory handles personal information, website usage data and privacy choices on artemis-me.com. The website is operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Information you provide
When you submit a consultation, advisory request, GCC Market Entry Diagnostic or Retail Circle application, the site collects the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, work email, company, website, brand or retailer profile, priority markets, routes to market, buying mandate, commercial position, pricing, products, operations, customer readiness and supporting business information.
How enquiry, diagnostic and retailer information is used
The information is used to assess the proposed engagement or partnership, review diagnostic completeness, understand retailer buying requirements, prepare a relevant commercial response, contact you about appropriate next steps, and maintain necessary business records. It is not sold or used for unrelated mass marketing.
If you separately agree, Artemis may use anonymized and aggregated diagnostic responses to improve its GCC market-entry research and services. Individual brands, retailers, people and confidential commercial details are not identified in that research.
Diagnostic and Retail Circle confidentiality
Diagnostic answers, readiness scores, commercial gaps and Artemis internal review information remain private between the client and Artemis. Retailers do not automatically receive the diagnostic or its results. A retailer-facing brand profile may only be shared after Artemis review and the brand's explicit approval.
Retail Circle applications, buying mandates, category priorities and commercial discussions are treated as private business information. Artemis uses them to assess partnership fit and curate relevant opportunities. They are not published as a public directory.
Meeting invitations and recordings
When Artemis sends a meeting invitation, it stores the guest name, email address, meeting details, secure invitation reference, expiry time and delivery status so the meeting can be arranged and followed up. When you open the invitation or join the meeting, Artemis records the relevant meeting event, your name, email, consent status, session reference and timestamp.
Recording is optional and is announced before it starts. Consent is required before the host can start the recording control. The current meeting room creates the recording on the host device for download and filing; Artemis does not automatically upload or store the recording on the server. Do not share confidential information or forward a meeting invitation beyond its intended recipient.
Website analytics and cookies
Where you accept analytics cookies, this site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the website. This can include pages viewed, approximate location derived from an IP address, browser and device type, referral source, session timing and interactions with website content. Artemis uses this information in aggregated reports to improve the website and understand which content supports genuine business enquiries.
Google Analytics is optional. It remains off unless you select "Accept analytics" in the cookie notice. If you decline, the analytics tag is not loaded. You can reopen Cookie settings on the website to change your choice. Google may process analytics data on servers outside your country under its own data protection terms.
Google explains how it handles information from sites using its services in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Service providers
Website hosting, database and form-delivery providers process limited information needed to operate the site, store diagnostic, meeting and Retail Circle records and deliver enquiries. When automated meeting email is enabled, the email provider processes the guest address and invitation content to deliver the message from meetings@artemis-me.com. Consultation forms are currently delivered through FormSubmit to imad.saade@artemis-me.com. When analytics is accepted, Google processes limited website usage data for Google Analytics 4.
Retention and security
Information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the enquiry, diagnostic review, partnership application, meeting follow-up, a resulting engagement, website analysis, business records or legal obligations. Meeting invitation records are retained as part of the relevant business record and can be revoked when no longer needed. Reasonable steps are taken to protect it, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed as completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You can ask what personal information is held about you, request a correction, withdraw optional research or marketing consent, object to certain processing or ask for deletion where there is no continuing business or legal reason to retain it. You can decline analytics without losing access to the website.
Policy updates
This policy can be updated when the website, service providers or legal requirements change. The latest version and its update date will remain available on this page.
