Plan version, launch story and required products
The launch display should express the approved customer proposition and work with the actual space, stock and service flow. A visual plan is a working guide for the store team, not a substitute for the authorized merchandising direction.
Start with the latest guide, plan or reference images. Identify the launch stories, priority products, fixture requirements and any sequence the team must follow. Confirm that the relevant product, sizes, props and signage are available before assigning a set date. Raise missing items to the merchandising or stock owner rather than improvising a replacement.
Walk the display from the customer's approach and from the team's working route. Check that the product is easy to discover, the correct information is available and the arrangement does not interfere with approved customer routes or store procedures. Route questions about fixtures, access or safety to their responsible owners.
Give each set a named owner and a clear check. A simple reference photo or checklist can help different shifts maintain the same standard. Agree who replenishes product, checks tickets and resets the display after trade. If the display changes, follow the visual team's approval process and record which plan version the store used.
After opening, review the set at an agreed time. Note missing product, customer questions, replenishment issues and any repeated maintenance gap. Share observations with the merchandising owner so adjustments are based on evidence and remain consistent with the approved brand direction.
