Launch communication should create a clear reason to visit and set an accurate expectation of what the store can offer. Store managers support the approved marketing plan by making sure the team, appointment diary and floor operation can deliver what the message promises.

Start with the approved proposition, assets, dates and channels. Confirm who owns the final copy, customer list and any offer terms. Use only approved contact lists and communication tools, and follow the company's consent and privacy procedures. Do not export customer details or send a local campaign from a personal account.

Check the store's capacity before invitations or appointment slots are confirmed. Review opening hours, staffing, specialist availability and the customer experience planned for launch. If demand could exceed capacity, raise it with the marketing and operations owners while there is time to adjust the plan.

Brief the team on the message in plain language. Explain what customers may ask, which services or products are available, how appointments are recorded and who can approve an exception. Make sure all shifts use the same current information and know where to send a question.

After launch, compare the plan with what happened using approved reports: invitations delivered, responses, appointments booked and attended, store visits or other agreed measures. Share the results with the campaign owner and note customer questions that could improve the next communication.
